Our philosophy recognizes that legal fees can be just as damaging to our clients as the underlying claims. We believe in staffing based upon the most appropriate lawyer for a particular job and in aggressively pursuing matters to push a quick resolution, so as to keep legal fees to a minimum.
Good reporting is the cornerstone of our practice. A very detailed initial status report is provided to insurers at the onset. It does not stop there. We recognize that continuous up-to-date reporting is essential to keep insurers and insureds accurately informed and actively involved in the process.
You are entitled to detailed information about the legal fees you are paying for. Our status reports allow insurers to make informed decisions about legal fees. Each invoice is accompanied by a cover letter that explains, in general terms, what tasks are covered by the invoice, whether those tasks are completed, and if not, how much is left to be done.
